You can't choose the date your order is delivered when it's sent with AusPost or StarTrack. If the driver can't leave your order in a safe location, they take it to your nearest post office for collection.
If you'll be away
If your order is upcoming and hasn't been processed yet, you can:
- refill your next order early, so your treatment plan is delivered before you go away
- delay your next order, so it arrives when you get back
- update your shipping address in your account, so your order is delivered to you while you're away
You can see your processing date in your Hers account. If your order has already been processed, track it using the AusPost app or MyPost.
