1. Promoter
Welcome to the Hers Research Giveaway (“Promotion”). The Promotion is conducted by Hers Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 653 673 360), referred to in these terms as “Hers”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that your participation in this Promotion is completely voluntary, and that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
Only patients who are:
- past patients on the Juniper Program (now, the Hers Program) in Australia at the time of entry;
- aged 18 years or over; and
- received an email directly from Juniper about the Promotion and with a link to these terms,
are eligible to enter this Promotion.
Employees of Hers, our affiliates, our ambassadors and immediate family members of our employees are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
3. Promotional Period
To enter this Promotion, eligible participants must submit an eligible entry from 19th October 2026 at 12:00 AM AEDT until Friday 23 October 2026 at 11:59 PM AEDT (“Promotional Period”).
4. How it works
To enter the Promotion, eligible participants must comply with these terms and, during the Promotional Period:
- Open the official Hers survey at https://eucalyptus-vc.typeform.com/to/fv8kcgXK;
- Complete the survey in full, answering all required questions honestly and in your own words; and
- Provide a valid email address at the end of the survey.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or non-compliant entries may be deemed invalid at Hers’ discretion.
Entries into the Promotion will be tracked via the survey’s response records in Typeform.
5. Prize
The winner of the Promotion will receive 1 x AUD $500 gift card (“Prize”).
The Prize is subject to card.gift terms of sale.
The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random based on all eligible entries. The draw will take place on Thursday 29 October 2026 (“Draw Date”) using a computerised random selection process (”Prize Draw”).
The Prize will be delivered to the winner of the Prize Draw within 7 days of the Draw Date via the email they provided during the survey.
Hers will not re-distribute any unclaimed prize.
7. Data Collection & Management
By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to Hers collecting and handling their personal information for the purposes of:
- research (including analysis and publication of de-identified findings) on the outcomes of patients after leaving our program;
- administering the Promotion; and
- contacting the winner.
These terms must be read with Hers’ Privacy Policy and Collection Notice.
8. Liability
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to discharge, and hold harmless Hers from and against any claims, actions, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or in connection with:
- participation in the Promotion; and
- the use of their de-identified data in any research.
9. General
Hers reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who does not participate in good faith or breaches these terms. We also reserve the right to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
