- Find your unique referral link or code in the app, under Account, then Refer and Earn.
- Share it with a friend by text, email, or social media.
- Your friend enters your code at checkout when they make their first purchase.
- Your discount applies automatically once your friend is approved for treatment and begins their plan.
Things to know
- Your friend needs to be a new patient. Current and previous patients, including patients restarting or changing treatment, aren't eligible.
- You and your friend each need an active treatment plan for credits to apply.
