How do consultations work?

Your initial consultation takes place over a phone call. Your practitioner reviews your symptom quiz responses, health history, current medications, and what you're hoping to achieve. If treatment is appropriate, they develop a personalised treatment plan to suit your symptoms and circumstances.

How to prepare

You don't need to prepare anything formal. Your quiz responses guide the conversation. Noting down your symptoms beforehand is useful but not required. Ask as many questions as you like.

Follow-up consultations

You need a consultation at least once a year. Later consultations can be done asynchronously, which means you and your practitioner don't need to be available at the same time.
